Sinéad Julia

I’m Sinead Julia,  a queer filmmaker, photographer, and mixed media artist drawn to the quiet language of things: reflecting light, nostalgia, and the traces things leave behind.

I’ve worked with brands including Gucci, Mattel, and Airbnb, creating film, photography, and mixed media work that blends storytelling with illustration and set design. My work lives in the in-between- where light, texture, and memory meet.

I’m often creating alongside my fur baby and sidekick, Monroe, who’s usually just out of frame- a sweet (but at times disruptive) companion, and a soft reminder that you’re never too old to play.

I’m drawn to visual, cinematic storytelling, often shaping projects from beginning to end- from art direction and set design and staging,  through to filming and post-production.
